Additional services include identification of thin films, inorganic phases, precipitates, and contaminants within our extensive E-Beam lab. Elemental dot maps or line scan profiles are produced with either EDS or WDS chemical data collection. Our micro FTIR can provide identification of particles down to 5 mils.
